Questions

What do I get free?
Paste your whole list, add your rules and tags, set your tables and press Auto-seat. Then open any one table, the top table included, and see who sits there in full. The other tables, the room, sharing, printing and email open when you unlock.
Is my guest list private?
Yes. Your list, your rules and your plan are saved on the phone or laptop you made them on, and signing in only needs your email. When you share the plan, it travels inside its own link and never reaches us. If you email it to yourself, we delete our copy after 30 days.
What does the venue see?
From your link, every table, who sits at each, your tags and the room, on a page they can open on any phone. A big plan's QR code carries a shorter version, so send the link as well. They can't change anything. If you change the plan, send them the new link.
Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Your unlock goes with your email, so sign in on each and it opens everything. Your plan is saved on the device you made it on; send yourself the link to see it anywhere.
What if it can't seat everyone?
It tells you which rule it couldn't keep and who it involves, and what would fix it: another table, a seat more at each table, or one rule fewer.
Can I plan the top table too?
Yes. Add a top table or a sweetheart table, and Sat Pretty seats it with the rest. Then move anyone you like onto it or off it.
Is it only for weddings?
No. It works for any sit-down meal: a christening, a big birthday, a charity dinner, the work Christmas do.

Your venue will ask for the table plan about two weeks before the day.
